Problem with defender roof. On one side it was 1 cm smaller and touches the cage. How to solve that problem:

Some kit and paint still have to be added.

The used paint on the under car parts is more a transport protection then something else.

This is partly due to the way the parts are cut, they are laser-cut. And the cutting edges are oxydized in someway during the process . They fall off at light mechanical stress and should have been removed before painting.

Therefore all the parts under the car have been deburred and are ready to be send for a zinkcoating.

For mounting a roofrack or the excisting rooftent some brackets were welded to the cage.
