Clutch Home 15-03-2009

The values are from a standard Defender TD5 2003 cold, engine off.

The values in Newton are +/- 10 N.
Conclusion:
- When standard spring taken off, the needed force is off course
less but there is some risqué of damaging the clutch cylinder.
- When standard spring is replaced by a TDi set, [2x DCP3212; STC1732;
STC1704] the needed force is at the end of the travel less
- even there is some indication of a helping force.
